About you

You may have experience in adult social or you may not– Most things can be taught!

We are interested in the type of person you are! Life experience, common sense, compassion and understanding are some of the qualities

we value at Charnwood Community Care, and they can’t be taught!

Clear communicators are a must! The people we support require clear and easily understood communication to build and maintain strong relationships

to best support their care
